The Sterling Hotel

A small hotel. Very warm, welcoming, old-school, charming. If you enjoy porches and people-watching with low expectations, meaning you can relax outside of a hotel and not buy food, you would enjoy being here. My favorite: in a world and a state that are eliminating bathtubs, I had the good fortune to take a luxurious bath in a very large tub. It’s downtown and within walking distance of restaurants and very good coffee. There was nothing not to like.
